How do I recover my account?

Recovering your account resets your password and logs you out of all devices. You may want to do this if your account is signed into multiple locations and you want to sign out of every device so your Favorites are correct and up-to-date. You can accomplish this in several ways:

On Your Mobile Device

Click here to reset your password and recover your account now. You will then be logged out of all mobile devices and will need to login with your new password so your Favorites will match across all devices. You can recover your account and reset your password at any time.

When you first update your app, you will be prompted to recover your account. If you would like to do this immediately, click Recover. You will then reset your password and be logged out of all devices.

 

On the Website

1) Go to FishTrack.com and make sure you are logged in.

2) Click here to reset your password now, and you will be logged out of any mobile device you are currently logged into. 

You can recover your account and reset your password at any time.
