Important notes
- Account information can only be updated on the website - not through the app. If on a mobile device, use your mobile internet browser to access fishtrack.com
- If the email you want to change to has been registered on our system, you need to contact support@fishtrack.com to make the necessary changes

support@fishtrack.com will need to verify you own the email address you want to change to AND change from.
- Attach some proof of purchase if you have Premium on your old email address
- Contact us from your new email address so we can proceed to delete the account and make the email address available again
How to update the email address on your account
1. Log in to your account on the website using your current password. Click Account from the top right of fishtrack.com
2. Hit EDIT PROFILE to enter your new email address and click SAVE
3. If you see "Email address already exists" refer to the important points above and contact support@fishtrack.com
