Login & password issues

Important notes

  • Passwords cannot be changed/updated through the app
  • You must be logged out of the website for the Forgot Password link to work otherwise you will be redirected to the homepage
  • Password reset emails might take a moment to arrive. Check spam/junk folders before requesting a new password
  • If you request a new password reset link, the original password reset link will expire.
  • Contact support@fishtrack.com from the email address associated with your account for a manual password reset.

Are you using the right email address?

If you're trying to log in under an email address that has not been registered on our system, you will see a User not found error message.

Incorrect password?

If you're using an email address that is registered on our system, but with an incorrect password, you'll see an Invalid email and password combination error message.




Reset password

For any kind of login issue, we recommend a password reset.

Enter the email address associated with your FishTrack account on our forgot password page. Hit REQUEST RESET
